The riotous visuals are stirring and fit perfectly with the bands ultra-aggressive style.

I often equate the band Warbringer to a combat soldier that refuses to die. Faced with insurmountable odds, the warrior carries the battle on. Defending the cause, holding out hope that the tide will turn.

Warbringer has been bringing you quality metal in some form since 2004 and I’ll admit I’ve never seen this moniker more focused than it is right now. With a new release, Woe to the Vanquished, due out later this month. Warbringer is poised to take their maniacal style of thrash metal to a whole new level. “Remain Violent” is a follow-up to “Silhouettes” and the second video released in support of this forthcoming effort.

“Remain Violent” is basically a ‘mock performance’ offering interlaced with historical shots of real-life mob clashes and violent riots. The riotous visuals are stirring and fit perfectly with the bands ultra-aggressive style. The video is dark and grainy giving it some real theatrical appeal. The crowd appears emotionally stirred by the performance, headbanging, moshing, even throwing the horns! Unleashed by the violence, the intense discharge visualized on screen makes this worthy of repeat viewing.

There is no doubt Warbringer is at the top of their game with this latest video effort. A dynamic thrash anthem like “Remain Violent” is just what their war chest needs. \m/
