Not only is this a fist pumping jam laced with shots of some of the genre’s greatest, it is a true homage to ‘the metal scene’ itself.

If there was ever a person who truly understands what metal means to the masses that person would be Doro Pesch.

Doro will release a new double studio album entitled: ‘Forever Warriors, Forever United’ on August 17th via Nuclear Blast Records. I just watched the video for “All For Metal” and it is moving to say the very least. Not only is this a fist pumping jam laced with shots of some of the genre’s greatest, it is a true homage to ‘the metal scene’ itself. People of all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life, are shown coming together to celebrate this music and lifestyle.

From mosh pits to fire and flames “All For Metal” puts you in the middle of the concert experience. There are so many great shots in this effort it’s hard to describe. This is one offering you really want to see again and again. My favorite part of this video is near the end. There’s a clip of Doro and the late Warrel Dane (Nevermore, Sanctuary). I actually saw Warlock and Sanctuary open for Megadeth back in the day. When I interviewed Doro last year, I mentioned this concert and she told me that she ran into Dave Mustaine and Warrel a few months prior at Wacken Open Air. They talked about the tour and I got the impression that they were all old friends who enjoyed each other’s company. Warrel Dane was a great artist, we lost him too soon.

Doro’s brand has been bringing us quality music since 1989’s Force Majeure. Her reputation and legacy are one of the finest metal has to offer. It only seems fitting that someone so revered bring forth this anthem of undeniable unity. Doro has struck a chord with her new video and I urge you to check it out. Cherish and remember what metal has done for you! \m/
