Chunky riffs with blistering leads and odd-ball timing to the Cavalera-esque barking makes this one of the best thrash albums of the decade.

Switzerland is best known for precision clock work but it’s also the home of the band Algebra. The four member thrash group is back after a five year absence with their latest release titled Pulse? This is their second full length effort via Unspeakable Axe Records and third over all.

Pulse? is phenominal! It’s almost as if ’80s thrash was teleported to modern day. With flavors of Slayer and Sepultura to hints of Testament and Metallica.

Chunky riffs with blistering leads and odd-ball timing to the Cavalera-esque barking makes this one of the best thrash albums of the decade. This band keeps you on the edge of old school thrash with the ability to explode in an instant.

Check out Switzerland’s Algebra below. Crank it up and rip the knob off! \m/
