The “Decimated” music video is a theatrical offering that brings us face to face with an unsavory serial killer.

Malevolent Creation has earned my respect. In the wake of losing their longtime vocalist Brett Hoffmann back in July, I expected the band to fold. While it’s true others have helmed this malevolent beast at one time or another, none did it better than Hoffmann. He was a death metal icon, a pioneering artist who helped put the Malevolent Creation name on your metal map.

Now, Malevolent Creation has returned with a new vocalist/guitarist, Lee Wollenschlaeger. A new effort entitled: The 13th Beast, is due for release next month (January 18th 2019) via Century Media Records.

Admittedly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a moniker that’s been offering multiple stab wounds since 1987 but the metal in my blood told me to give the “Decimated” video a chance. I’m glad I did, the new song and visuals rock.

The “Decimated” music video is a theatrical offering that brings us face to face with an unsavory serial killer. Getting your fingers cut off by a freak with bad teeth is only the beginning of these brutal visions. A stepping stone into a madness. This is a vile descent into a dark world. There is no return.

Malevolent Creation has proven their worth and like the killer in the video, this is not the end of their bloody trek. Check out “Decimated” and let the music of Malevolent Creation obliterate you! \m/
